Nothing speaks better than pictures of your actual work. You have done an excellent job highlighting your building skills and strength. Before and after pictures/comparisons may be beneficial.  Pictures of you, Jim and your team always puts a personal touch to a site...and in a very personal business, (as I believe your home/business are personal) this can have a positive effect. The reviews site will be important, and I would be a good candidate as I have experienced both house and remodel.  Utilizing green technology seems to be an up and coming buzz word for homes as we become more energy conscience. Any add to this will be seen as forward thinking. That's my two cents worth!

Jim and Shelly architecturally designed and built our high quality house we purchased in 2004. Every detail was to perfection and can be seen in the house. They also built the tenant improvement at The Little Gym of West Seattle and Issaquah in 2009 and 2011. They remodeled The Olive and Grape Restaurant and The Little Gym of Bellevue in 2012. Our customers and owners love the build out and the quality of material used. 

They do their best on keeping their budget. The actual cost always came very close to their estimate. They are very good on estimates. They always work within budget.  If they use subs, they are professional and clean. Any day, if we have a problem, they come and fix it. There has not been one day without a response or action. They are professional and honest in their work. They always keep their word and the premises clean.
